FREE ACCESS TO LABORATORY EXCELLENCE CONFERENCE AND EXHIBITION AT HINXTON ON 12 DECEMBER 2017

FRIDAY 8 DECEMBER - DUE TO CATERING DEADLINES IT IS NOW ONLY POSSIBLE TO BOOK OPTIONS 2 -3 or 4 (WITHOUT CATERING BUT YOU WILL BE ABLE TO ATTEND SESSIONS). YOU MUST STILL REGISTER TO ATTEND. WE WILL START A WAITING LIST FOR LUNCH SO WHEN ARRIVING AT THE REGISTRATION DESK, PLEASE CHECK THE LUNCH WAITING LIST AND WHERE POSSIBLE, WE WILL TRY TO ACCOMMODATE BUT THIS IS NOT GUARANTEED.   

1. Full Conference Ticket - this covers entry to keynotes and all sessions, exhibition and lunch. We are paying the venue for lunch so you are only eligible for this if attending 3 or more sessions in both the morning and afternoon. We will check that those taking lunch have met this condition. 

2. Session Access Ticket - this ticket covers access to 1-3 sessions and the exhibition, but not keynotes or lunch. When registering please let us know if you will be attending in the morning or afternoon to avoid catering waste.

3. Exhibition Access Ticket - this ticket covers access to the exhibition only at the 'quiet times' of 11.45 - 13.00 and 14.15 - 15.30. No lunch or refreshments.

4. Conference Ticket - no lunch or refreshments (lunch on a waiting list - check on the day at the Registration Desk for an update). This covers entry to keynotes and all sessions and exhibition. If you manage to get the lunch, we are paying the venue for lunch so you are only eligible for this if attending 3 or more sessions in both the morning and afternoon. We will check that those taking lunch have met this condition.
